"HAINT" - (American South term used to refer to evil spirits/boogers/sasquatch)
Our first in-house tomahawk design, finally coming to fruition. The TCNC Haint is a compact fighting/survival hawk. It utilizes a front spike design to avoid slipping off of round objects and to penetrate deeper in strikes. These are lightweight and easily concealed hawks compared to many traditional designs, as tomahawks are legal to carry in many states, even concealed. The blades are 80CRV2 for high toughness and ease of sharpening. The blade is black oxide coated to help resist corrosion. This black oxide finish will wear easily and you will see the marks shown in the pictures just from the sheath contacting the blade (this does not affect performance). The sheath is 3D printed ABS and has built in retention, as well as an IWB loop for very secure carry. The sheath comes with a Tracker Dan Gen 2 clip that is reversible depending on how you carry. The scales are 3D printed TPU that are extremely durable and can be easily replaced. It uses our TCNC micro hardware that takes a penny for field maintenance.
